As a knowledge partner, Komite Ekraf Jakarta curated the festival’s conference program, hosting 12 sessions and 31 speakers across two days at Teater Wahyu Sihombing, Taman Ismail Marzuki. The sessions spanned diverse themes — from Jakarta’s ambition to become Southeast Asia’s IP powerhouse, to the role of comics, film, music, and gastronomy in building cultural soft power.High-level policymakers, industry leaders, and creative practitioners came together to share insights, including Ricky Pesik (Chairman, Komite Ekraf Jakarta Supervisory Board), alongside figures from government, film festivals, music labels, comics, gastronomy networks, and the tech sector. Their participation underscored Jakarta’s role as a convening hub for ideas at the intersection of policy, creativity, and commerce.
